ReallyMake LLC. (“ReallyMake” ^TM) developed this App in order to provide a service to its users and other visitors. All information found is protected under the copyright laws of the United States of America. No information found may be copied, redistributed, reproduced or republished without the express written consent of ReallyMake and unless the copyright notice is included.

You shall not in any manner represent that you own the IP Rights or any part or component of the IP Rights, and you acknowledge that your use of the IP Rights does not create any right, title, or interest in or to the IP Rights in your favor, but that all of your use of the IP Rights shall inure to the sole benefit of ReallyMake.

Upon paying all applicable fees, you will have the non-exclusive right to access, use, display and enjoy any tangible product created via use of this App for your personal, non-commercial use only. Your commercial use is permitted only with ReallyMake’s prior written consent as granted through a separate License Agreement.

Indemnification and Release

Governing Law; Statute of Limitations
